With over a decade of experience in the design industry, Bridget brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by her background in interior architecture and product design to her role as Studio Manager at Studio Collective. Bridget’s deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience enable her to lead the team with clarity and purpose, while managing projects and client relationships with confidence. She thrives in dynamic environments, balancing creativity with practical insight to ensure each project runs smoothly and delivers exceptional results.

Senior Interior Designer

Marcela is an Interior Designer with over eleven years of experience, having spent much of her career in New York’s high-end residential design industry. She is passionate about creating thoughtful, considered spaces that enhance the way people live, gather and connect within their homes. With a strong belief that great interiors should feel both beautiful and personal, Marcela approaches each project with curiosity, intention and a refined eye for detail. Her work balances sophistication with warmth, bringing together custom furniture, layered textures, natural materials and considered colour to create spaces that feel elevated yet effortlessly lived-in. From the initial concept through to completion, Marcela is deeply immersed in the design process, thoughtfully considering every detail to create cohesive interiors that feel authentic to the people who live in them.

Interior Designer

Vicki's passion for interior design is grounded in her belief that thoughtfully designed spaces enrich the lives of those who use them. With a strong focus on flow and function as the foundation of good design, she fuses her love of materiality with a strong understanding of joinery construction to create considered, detailed interiors that always keep the end user at the centre. Vicki enjoys collaborating with clients, trades and fellow design professionals to achieve the best possible outcome for her projects. She draws inspiration from artists, artisans, makers and all those who endeavour to make life a little more beautiful through creativity and craftsmanship.

Interior Designer

Abi is an Interior Designer with experience across New Zealand and Australia. Her background in spatial design, along with her experience in luxury hospitality and tourism, has given her the opportunity to work in a wide range of environments and develop an appreciation for the people and places that make them special. Abi enjoys getting to know her clients and understanding what they need from a space, then working collaboratively to turn those ideas into something tangible. She particularly enjoys the hands-on and collaborative side of design - working with clients, trades and other professionals to solve problems, refine ideas and bring a project together. Her approach is thoughtful and practical, with a genuine belief that good design can make everyday life better.

Procurement Manager

Beginning her career in event management, Rachael brings exceptional organisational skills and a calm, considered approach to every project. With a background in event design and property styling, she has a natural eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless client experiences. Rachael enjoys working behind the scenes to coordinate the countless details that bring our designs to life.

Admin & Logistics Coordinator

Amy is the Admin and Logistics Coordinator at Studio Collective and is currently completing her studies in Interior Design. She brings a diverse professional background spanning support coordination, management, administration, event coordination, and customer service. Known for her strong attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners, she thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys supporting teams to achieve shared goals. Amy is passionate about thoughtful design and the impact spaces can have on everyday life.

Marketing & Brand Coordinator

At Studio Collective, Sofia works across marketing, branding, events and creative projects, helping bring the studio's story to life through every touchpoint. She enjoys finding thoughtful ways to share our projects, people and vision, creating meaningful experiences that strengthen the connection between the studio and its audience. Whether developing a campaign, coordinating an event or refining the finer details, Sofia's focus is always on creating work that feels aligned, memorable and genuinely reflects the heart of Studio Collective.

Studio Framed - Studio Manager

Belle began her career in commercial furniture before making the switch to the world of window furnishings. Her passion for fabrics and décor prospered after completing her Interior Design studies. She loves being able to transform a space with curtains and believes window furnishings have become an integral part of interior design. In her spare time, Belle enjoys exploring morning markets, and having a glass of wine with a cheeseboard amongst friends.

Studio Framed – Sales Consultant

Natasha brings over 15 years of experience in administration and marketing across a range of commercial real estate sectors, including healthcare, retirement, and construction/development. With qualifications in both graphic and interior design, she seamlessly combines creative expertise with organisational precision through her passion in texture and colour. Natasha is renowned for her meticulous attention to detail and approachable, friendly personality. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and unwinding with a good book and multiple oat lattes.

Installation Technician

Dan is responsible for the installation of our custom window furnishings, ensuring every project is finished to the highest standard. With a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail, he takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and making the installation process smooth and stress-free for our clients. Friendly, approachable and solutions-focused, Dan enjoys seeing each project come together in its final stage.

Interior Design Intern

Currently completing her final year of Interior Architecture and Business at QUT, Pippie joins the Studio Collective team as an Interior Design Intern. With a genuine passion for thoughtful, timeless design and a natural eye for detail, she enjoys supporting the team across a variety of projects while continuing to develop her technical and creative skills. Pippie brings enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to learn, embracing every opportunity to contribute and grow within the studio.
