Resort living on a grand scale.

Pelican Waters Clubhouse

The Springs Country Club at Palm Lake Resort Pelican Waters is one of Studio Collective’s largest and most ambitious projects to date. Spanning more than 15,000 square metres of indoor and outdoor space, the $55 million facility brings together an extensive collection of hospitality, wellness, recreation and social spaces within one cohesive design.

Studio Collective led the interior design, working closely with VIA Architects and Palm Lake Group to create distinct spaces with their own identity while maintaining a consistent design language throughout. Layered materiality, bespoke furniture and joinery, sculptural forms and considered detailing bring warmth and a residential sensibility to a project of significant scale.

The result is a landmark clubhouse that has become the social heart of the Pelican Waters community and a benchmark for contemporary resort living. The wider Palm Lake Resort Pelican Waters development was recognised as Development of the Year – Land Lease at the 2026 Property Council of Australia National Retirement Living Awards.
