Designed as the social heart of Palm Lake Resort Paynesville, the clubhouse brings together an extensive collection of spaces for residents to gather, entertain and unwind.

Studio Collective led the spatial planning and interior design in close collaboration with the project architects, creating a cohesive experience that balances resort-style amenity with warmth and a distinctly residential sensibility.

Layered materiality, considered detailing and a refined yet relaxed palette create a sense of understated luxury throughout, while each space retains its own identity and purpose. The result is a clubhouse that feels both elevated and welcoming - designed not simply as a collection of amenities, but as a place for community and connection.
